Jacob E. Smith is the Managing Partner at SMITH | ASHCRAFT who focuses primarily on family law, estate planning, and criminal defense. Jacob received his J.D. from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 2012. He has since practiced law in both Utah and Virginia.
As an attorney, Jacob feels it is his life’s purpose to help individuals and families through the most difficult time of their lives. He is a natural optimist who truly believes that there is happiness to be had by all, even after divorce.

Drew graduated from the University of Alabama with his bachelor’s degree in Commercial Business Administration and continued his legal education at Ohio Northern University’s Claude Pettit College of Law.

Christy was born and raised in Matoaca and has lived all of her life in the tri-cities area. She graduated from William & Mary with a bachelor’s degree in Government. Christy has worked as a paralegal her entire career and has over 30 years of legal experience. Christy’s knowledge, experience, and customer service make her a favorite with her clients.
